However, Pakistan Champion owner Kamil Khan confirmed that the legends would run as per the ongoing World Championship plan and the schedule would remain unchanged. Khan said that everything will continue as per the original plan, but not for India-Pakistan.
Khan indicated on a major change whether the knockout stages threw another India vs Pakistan landscape, saying that if such a clash legend comes in the semi -finals of the 2025 ongoing World Championship, “will be saved to prevent further disputes.

Kamil Khan was told by Gennavs: “All the remaining matches are happening. The tournament is going on according to the schedule, and there is no change. For the semi -finals and the final, we are currently saying that if we make it in the semi -finals, then avoid matches between four teams, and we will avoid matches between the two teams.”
However, the owner of the Pakistan Champion refused to give more clarity when the two teams qualified for the WCL 2025 final. Khan further said, “If we reach the final, then decisions about that will be made then.”
As was canceled due to India due to WCL 2025, Kamil Khan said that the Pakistan Champion would be awarded two points, saying that they are worth the points. The owner said, “And for this match, two digits will be provided to us, and we deserve those points according to the rules.”

Fans step back to remember historical rivalry as Indian legends
Earlier, the India vs Pakistan match was canceled after the support of several top Indian cricketers. Harbhajan Singh, Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Suresh Raina, and Shikhar Dhawan all withdrew from the game of WCL 2025, in which they were protested in view of public outrage after the Pahalgam terror attack.
Shikhar Dhawan also shared that he had informed the organizers about his decision long ago, on 11 May. Later, the World Championship of Legends organizers said that they had planned only India-Pakistan clashes, hearing that the Pakistan hockey team would be visiting India, assuming that it would be acceptable.
The Legends 2025 World Championship began last week, kicking with a match between Pakistan Champion and England Champion. This is the second season of the tournament. The champion of India won the first edition, defeating Pakistan in the final. But in this season, fans will not see this Titan Clash.
