Shivam Dub-Starrer India National Cricket Team kicked their Asia Cup 2025 campaign with high energy as the players killed the net for their first training session at the ICC Academy in Dubai. The Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a glimpse of the atmosphere inside the camp.
The clip immediately went viral as the men in Blue came back together from the Asia Cup 2025, starting on 9 September in the UAE. The atmosphere in Dubai looked electric, players were imparted training hard, while every moment was enjoyed as a team before the tournament.
Shivam Dubey shared Gautam Gambhir’s message after joining India squad
Star Indian all -rounder Shivam Dubey all smiled as he used to soak in the atmosphere of the team. He looked sharp in the nets and shared how special it felt back in the blue jersey. Shivam Dubey also revealed the simple but powerful message of Indian head coach Gautam Gambhir.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all -rounder Shivam Dubey said that Gautam Gambhir wants that whenever he plays for India, every player of the squad is attempted to do something new, and he has tried to improving himself as a cricketer ahead of the Asia Cup 2025.
Shivam Dubey said in a video shared by the BCCI on his website, “I enjoyed it a lot. The atmosphere of this team is very amazing. As soon as I joined the team, it felt like, yes, I have come back.
“And yes, there is always one thing that the coach has told every player: ‘Whenever you play for your country, you have got a chance to do something new.” So, I have used it well, I have trained well, and I have tried to become a better cricketer, “said Shivam Dube.
Suryakumar Yadav is a team spirit ahead of Asia Cup 2025
Meanwhile, Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav was also in his best form, calling the squad a great mix of talent and attempt in front of his team’s first game against UAE on 10 September.
He talked about positive stretch in the squad and could not stop praising his colleagues in training, supporting each other and praising.
Suryakumar Yadav said in a single video, “For such a fabric with an incredible skill set. There is always a smile on my face when I look at the boys on the ground because they put their bodies on the line. I think what I want from them. And they just enjoy being on the ground.”

8 teams fight for Asia Cup 2025 Glory
In particular, the Asia Cup is ready to kick in 2025 UAE on 9 September, and this version will be played in T20 format. In the initial match, Afghanistan will be taken to Hong Kong in Abu Dhabi. India, Oman, Pakistan, UAE, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka will fight for the title.
The teams are divided into two groups of four. Group A has India, Oman, Pakistan and UAE, while Group B includes Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong and Sri Lanka. Each team will once play all other teams of their group once.
The top two of each group will move on the super foreforce, where they will face each other again. The two best teams of the Super Four Stage will meet in the final on September 28.
