My heart, conscience and loyalty are with India – Ryan Ten Doeschate

In a video shared by BCCI on its website, Ryan ten Doeschate said that he is proud of the Netherlands. However, he said that his focus and allegiance is to India.

“Orange gave me the platform to enjoy every other color in the palette. When I think of orange, I first think of the Netherlands and my time playing for them, as well as the cricket team that color is known for,” said Ten Doeschate.

“It speaks well of how I have represented two colors that mean something to two different countries and people. I am extremely proud of how the Dutch team has progressed since my time there, but now my heart, conscience and loyalty are with the Indian team.”
