In IPL 2025, Rinku scored 206 runs at an average of 29.43 and strike rate of 153.73. He has the ability to accelerate in the death overs and handle high-pressure situations, making him an important cog in KKR’s batting lineup.
Overall, the left-handed batsman has scored 1,099 runs in 59 matches at an average of 30.53 and a strike rate of 145.18, including four half-centuries, with a best score of 67 not out. If KKR has to finish the game successfully, Rinku’s role will once again be crucial.
Sunil Narine
Sunil Narine remains the biggest X-factor of the team in IPL 2026. The experienced all-rounder has been a match-winner for the franchise for over a decade, contributing with both bat and ball.
With the ball, Narine has taken over 190 IPL wickets at an average of 25.64 and an economy rate of less than 7, making him one of the most economical bowlers in the history of the league. His ability to break partnerships and control the middle overs will be the key to success this season.
With the bat, his aggressive approach at the top has often provided explosive starts to KKR. During IPL 2024, the left-handed batsman scored 488 runs in 15 matches at an average of 34.86 and a strike rate of 180.74, which included three half-centuries and one century. However, he failed to repeat that success in 2025.

Australian all-rounder Cameron Green adds much-needed balance to the KKR team. Known for his ability to contribute across all departments, Green can play multiple roles depending on the situation.
In the last IPL season, Green has scored over 700 runs in 29 matches at a strike rate above 150, while also taking important wickets. His height and bounce make him a difficult bowler to face, especially on lively surfaces. If Green gets consistency, he can be an important player for the team.
Players like Varun Chakravarthy can provide strength in the bowling department, while explosive options like Rovman Powell add firepower to the batting lineup.
