The ball went straight towards first slip, where Naman Dheer was positioned. Dheer is generally considered to be one of the safest fielders in the Mumbai Indians camp. With both Hardik Pandya and Suryakumar Yadav out of the game, Jasprit Bumrah is playing the match as the stand-in captain of Mumbai Indians. Pandya is not playing due to back spasm which he suffered a few days ago.
