In an unexpected development, two of the biggest legends of the Indian Premier League (IPL), MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma, may miss this season’s blockbuster clash between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Thursday, April 23.
MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma are set to undergo a last-minute fitness test but reports suggest that they will miss this high-voltage “El Clasico” at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Dhoni has not played a single match this season after suffering a calf injury during pre-season training. Rohit, on the other hand, has missed MI’s last two matches due to a hamstring injury he suffered during a game against RCB earlier this month and is still recovering.
