Former India captain MS Dhoni with his wife in the infamous lounge of the iconic cricket ground Lord’s Sakshi and her family friend Kriti Sanon. They are at the venue because of India’s must-win match against England.
MS Dhoni is in London and was seen for the first time during his birthday, July 7, when India were against England for a T20I match. Tonight, for another interesting match between two strong sides, the former cricketer is in the house. However, the Indian bowling line-up is not performing well against the England batsmen at the moment.
Indian bowlers are facing a lot of difficulties in London.
It is certainly tough for Dhoni to see the Indian bowlers being dismissed by England openers Ben Duckett and Jacob Bethel. Right from the start of the first innings of the match, the opening pair of Duckett and Bethel have been in a mood to score runs against the Jasprit Bumrah-led Indian bowling line-up.
Jasprit Bumrah is not part of tonight’s match due to a knee injury he sustained during the last match in Cardiff. Rising fast bowler Prince Yadav, who made his debut for the India national cricket team against Ireland just a few weeks ago, has been named for the match in London.
Along with Prince Yadav, Arshdeep Singh (Bumrah’s replacement), Prasidh Krishna and Gurnoor Brar, India are playing the match at Lord’s with four fast bowlers and one spinner in Axar Patel.
