According to PTI’s source, Mohsin Naqvi expressed his “displeasure” to team manager Naved Akram Cheema after Pakistan’s poor batting performance. “The chairman left the match at Premadasa Stadium early as it became clear that Pakistan would suffer another defeat from India.”
According to a report from a senior PCB official, Mohsin Naqvi also told Cheema that the performance against the Men in Blue was “not understandable or acceptable.” The report further states that the team management is angry with the players and head coach Mike Hesson criticized the players for not playing to their full potential against Suryakumar Yadav’s team.
Will Pakistan make changes in Namibia game?
According to the source report, the Men in Green will make some changes in their final game against Namibia, which has turned into a possible knockout after losing against India. If Pakistan fails to win this game on Wednesday, they will be out of the group stage of the T20 World Cup in consecutive editions.

The source also said that if the Men in Green make any changes in their final Group A match, Babar and Shaheen’s T20 World Cup campaign could be over in this edition. The management is keen to try out young Khawaja Nafe in the middle order.
