KL Rahul could not believe his eyes. Shami pitches the ball fuller and shapes it outside off. Since there were limited fielders on the boundary rope, the right-handed batsman chased the ball and got a thick edge. The ball flew towards deep backward point, where fielder Mohsin Khan made no mistake in catching it near his chest using the reverse cup.

Mohammed Shami was jubilant as he had worked hard for months to get the best out of himself. In the home matches for the Bengal cricket team, the fast bowler was in great form after returning from injuries. Now, he is maintaining the same form for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2026 as well.
