Mohammad Siraj injured his hand before the South Africa Test, is in danger of being out of the entire series.

Indian fast bowler Mohammed Siraj looked in considerable pain after injuring his right hand while fielding for India A on the final day of the second unofficial Test against South Africa A. He joined Rishabh Pant in the dugout, as the wicketkeeper did not take the field even with gloves.

India A is playing against South Africa A for a two-match unofficial Test series at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata and the Guwahati Cricket Stadium in preparation for the upcoming Test series between India and South Africa. They have already won 4 matches in this WTC cycle, losing two and drawing one. Currently, they are ranked third in the WTC points table.

Mohammed Siraj faces worrying injury ahead of South Africa series

Mohammad Siraj joined the India A team after returning from the Australia tour. He also bowled well in the first innings, but injured his hand while fielding on the final day of the second unofficial Test between India A and South Africa A.

Siraj suffered a blow to his bowling hand, his right arm, and was soon taken off the field by the team physio, who looked concerned about the condition of Siraj’s injury.
