Indian fast bowlers Mayank Yadav, Avesh Khan and Mohsin Khan are currently out of action after surgery last month. Mayank Yadav, Avesh Khan, and Mohsin Khan represent the Lucknow Super Veterans (LSG) in the IPL and are expected to stay out for about six months.

Meanwhile, both Avesh Khan and Mohsin Khan were given Dr. Dinshaw Pardwala underwent knee surgery, a top orthopedic surgeon in Mumbai. Dr. Pardiwala also treated the big names of the Indian cricket team like Jasprit Bumrah and Rishabh Pant in the past.
Paer Evesh of Madhya Pradesh underwent surgery on his right knee on 17 June. He missed the last Ranji Trophy League game for his kingdom and also dropped the early part of the IPL 2025. Despite the shock, he managed to play 13 matches and took 13 wickets for LSG in IPL 2025.
Mohsin Khan to remember half of the upcoming domestic season
Avesh’s last international game for India was against South Africa in December 2024. The fast bowler has so far taken 36 wickets for men in Blue in 33 white balls matches.
On the other hand, Mohsin Khan injured his ACL during the Vijay Hazare Trophy on 31 December. However, Pesar has joined the Lucknow Super Gynts Camp, he could not recover on time and was replaced by Shardul Thakur in IPL 2025.
Mohsin recently underwent an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction surgery and would require a long rehabilitation period. All three players will now continue their recovery and rehabilitation at BCCI’s Center of Excellence in Bangalore. They are likely to remember the first half of the upcoming domestic season, but may return to the latter part of the Ranji Trophy next year.

Rajat Patidar dropped out of the Dalip Trophy due to twin injuries
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh batsman and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) captain Rajat Patidar will not be part of the upcoming Dalip Trophy. According to The Times of India, Patidar has been advised to rest by the BCCI medical team as he reaches his hand and heel from injuries.
Patidar had injured his hand during RCB’s successful IPL 2025 campaign, where the team lifted its first title in 18 years. The injury dropped him out of the race for India’s England Test tour. He is also nursing a heel issue, and these injuries have forced BCCI doctors to recommend a break from competitive cricket for a few more months.
Toi was quoted by a source as saying: “Rajat is training at the MP’s off-season camp, but he is not batting, as he is advised by the BCCI’s medical team to overcome and recover from his right hand injury.
