Tata Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 has been exciting as the tournament has entered its fifth week and the teams have been performing well in the tournament. Good news has come from the camp of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) ahead of their next match against defending champions Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).
As per Cricbuzz report, LSG’s fast bowling pair Mayank Yadav and Mohsin Khan have been declared fit by their global cricket director Tom Moody and both are available for the upcoming match against RCB. The left-arm fast bowler played the first game and bowled brilliantly against Delhi Capitals. He was absent from the following matches for the Super Giants after picking up a niggle.
Mohsin Khan and Mayank Yadav return to LSG
However, Mayank Yadav, who was present in the list of impressive players, did not play a single game but did not find a place. Mayank has been one of the most promising young fast bowlers of India. However, he is out due to several injuries.
Earlier, it was reported that Mohsin Khan had ‘stiffness’ in his leg after the DC game. However, Moody said that the problem is not serious and the left hand will heal quickly. Mohsin has a long history of injuries which have troubled him in the past. The 27-year-old missed the entire IPL 2025 season last season as he was ruled out due to a calf ailment.
