Cricketing folklore, in a spellbinding display, will be placed in Ireland Curtis Kapoor Unprecedented: T20 match took five wickets in five balls, which became the first male cricketer in professional cricket to fulfill this achievement. The historic moment appeared at the Pambroke Cricket Club in Dublin, where Camphor Munter Reds faced against the north-western warriors in the Inter-Personal T20 Trophy.

Camper opens about its magical mantra
Speaking after the match, Kapoor said, “Due to the change of overs, I was not really sure what was happening. I just clung to my guns and kept it real simple, and fortunately it stopped in a way.” 26 -year -old, who was only making her second appearance after recovering from a finger injury, said, “Performing on one side, it is really good to be around the boys. When you get injured, it is a dark place, so coming back is really good.”

A rare achievement in cricket
While four wickets in four balls have been obtained by some selected people, including themselves, who did this in the 2021 T20 World Cup – any male cricketer never took five wickets in five balls in a professional match. The only other example in professional cricket came into women’s cricket, when Zimbabwe’s Kalis Nadlovu completed the tricks for Zimbabwe U1 in 2024.
