Recently, the Chinaman bowler revealed that whenever he feels that the review has been taken incorrectly and the batsman is not actually out, he quietly walks away from the spot. Instead of facing Rohit and Kohli at that time on the field, Kuldeep tries to run away from anyone’s sight.

Kuldeep Yadav’s DRS drama turns into Rohit-Kohli comedy show
This habit has created some of the funniest moments on the field. Kuldeep is known to appeal on almost every ball, being completely sure that the batsman is out. But Rohit Sharma usually stops them in their tracks. The former Indian captain often laughs, while at times he firmly but jokingly tells Kuldeep to stay calm and focus on bowling instead of asking for DRS again and again.

Kuldeep Yadav’s form remains a big concern for India
Meanwhile, India have already taken a 3-0 lead in the ongoing five-match T20I series against New Zealand, but the scoreline is quietly hiding a worrying trend. India’s two main spin weapons, Kuldeep and Varun Chakravarthy, are yet to find their rhythm ahead of the T20 World Cup 2026.
Kuldeep has played two matches and taken two wickets, but made no impact. Instead of troubling the batsmen, the wrist spinner has been expensive, conceding around ten runs per over. In one match alone, he scored 32 runs in three overs.
Even in the recent ODI series, Kuldeep could only take three wickets in three matches and scored more than seven runs per over, which shows that his form has now become a major concern for the Men in Blue. He will have no hope of regaining his form in the remaining two matches before the T20 World Cup 2026.
Varun Chakravarthy, on the other hand, played two high-scoring games where New Zealand crossed 190 and 208, where his sharpness and mystery were missing.
