Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) missed a golden opportunity to dismiss Delhi Capitals (DC) opener Abhishek Porel. Tejaswi Dahiya, who is playing as the keeper-batsman in place of injured Angkrish Raghuvanshi tonight, missed a dolly.
Karthik Tyagi was absolutely furious after seeing the ball coming out of the keeper’s gloves. It will be a great comeback for Tyagi as he hit two consecutive fours on the first two balls of the four.th Over of the first innings at Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
Tejashwi Dahiya did everything right except taking catches
Tejashwi Dahiya dropped the catch on the third ball. Karthik Tyagi strikes quickly in the good length region and also generates some extra bounce. Below the left knee, the left-handed batsman swung his bat to hit the ball on the off side, but made a thick outside edge.
Dahiya moved a little towards his left to take the catch. His hands were on the line of the ball, but he was not able to catch it. Abhishek Porel got an extra lease of life.
