Former England national cricket team captain Joe Root and Jose Butler left young fans by gifting gloves after their brilliant batting performance against the South Africa National Cricket Team.

Root and Butler displayed a batting masterclass in the final match of the ODI series against Proteas and helped England’s Pile to score 414/5.

The hosts, who went into the match after losing the first two Odis, made a good start with the bat, as wicketkeeper-batsman Jamie Smith slammed 62 runs.
Young all -rounder Jacob Bethel also played a brilliant knock and scored 110 runs, the first century of his career in professional cricket.
Talking about Joe Root, batting at number 3, he continued his golden run with the bat and once again gave the English team stability.
He looked under immense control from the beginning and took Kodi Yusuf on the fourth ball of the 46th over to reach his 19th ODI hundred.
Joe Root also became the first player to become the first player to score 10 OD tons on English earth, before being caught by Fielder Mafka at the point that the bowler was finished and stumps.
As the route was running back after scoring 100 runs, he handed over his batting gloves to a happy young fan in the crowd.
Meanwhile, Jose Butler, batting at number 6, played ultra-commit cricket and scored 62 off 32 balls. After the end of the innings, he imitated Joe Root and saw his glove handing his glove to a young fan, before walking back to the dressing room.

It was very special – its first professional hundred scoring – Stuart Broad Hales Jacob Bethel
Speaking on Sky Sports, Stuart appreciated Jacob Bethel’s innings and said that he has a bright future ahead. He explained in detail:
“It was very special – scoring his first professional hundred in an ODI – and he played beautifully. England have all talked to him in all summer, so we knew that talent was there, we did not see necessary.
“He beautifully manipulated the field and is a crisp striker of the ball, not only against the spin but also with speed. What I have heard is a mature head, and has a bright future.”
Stuart Broad also said that Joe Root played an important role in ensuring that Jacob Bethel got his first hundred. he explained:
“It is easy to talk about his hundred, but the way he found Bethel in his hundred, he showed the peace and experience of the root. When Bethel was in the 90s, Root took him back on strike and received him very quickly.
“If you would have asked Bethel who he wants to live with him near him, he would have called a route. The dot that does not absorb the balls, does not pressurize him, stabilizes the ship. It was not a blazing innings, but he did it. He found when he was there and when he was there, allowed Biggagar to hit Biggagar.”
