Jay Shah will officially breaking in because the Global Cricket Council’s chair on December 1 later being elected unopposed.

When he is taking over in December, he would be the youngest ICC chairman on the year of 36 and can fix the august membership of Jagmohan Dalmiya, Sharad Pawar, N.
