Chennai Super Kings (CSK) player Jamie Overton showed disappointment during the recent Indian Premier League (IPL) match against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). After losing his wicket in a difficult run chase, Overton threw his helmet on the ground in the dugout in front of captain Ruturaj Gaikwad.
Chennai Super Kings lost by 43 runs M Chinnaswamy Stadium On Sunday, April 5. They won the toss and gave 250 runs to the home team. Royal Challengers Bangalore won the game by 43 runs, handing another defeat to their rivals. RCB reached the top of the points table of 10 teams.

Royal Challengers Bangalore set a target of 250 runs
Royal Challengers Bangalore scored 250/3 in 20 overs. Devdutt Padikkal Jamie Overton scored 50 before dismissing him. After his wicket, Rajat Patidar and Tim David put together a quick partnership for the fourth wicket, adding 99 runs in 36 balls against the visiting bowlers.
Rajat Patidar remained unbeaten after scoring 48 runs on 19 balls. He attacked Khalil Ahmed in the last over of his spell and hit two sixes and a four. Tim David dominated in the death overs and scored an unbeaten 70 off 25 balls to help Royal Challengers Bangalore reach the huge score.
David targeted Jamie Overton in the 19th over. He scored 30 runs in that over by hitting four sixes, one four and a double. One of the sixes traveled 106 meters over deep midwicket and fell outside the stadium at Cubbon Park.
CSK collapses, RCB registers fourth consecutive win
Chennai Super Kings Chasing the target, the Indian team had a bad start and lost three wickets in the first three overs. Jacob Duffy dismissed captain Ruturaj Gaikwad and Sanju Samson early. Bhuvneshwar Kumar then took the wicket of Ayush Mhatre, leaving the team struggling to maintain the required run rate of over 12.
Sarfaraz Khan and Karthik Sharma tried to rebuild the innings by making a partnership of 47 runs for the fourth wicket. However, Krunal Pandya To stop their momentum, both the batsmen were dismissed in the same over. After this, Prashant Veer added 57 runs with Jamie Overton, but Bhuvneshwar Kumar dismissed him for 43 runs.
Chennai Super Kings were out for 207 runs with two balls remaining. Bhuvneshwar Kumar finished with figures of 3/41. Royal Challengers Bangalore registered their fourth consecutive win over Chennai Super Kings.
