A wonderful night has come to an end. CSK all-rounder Jamie Overton clean bowled Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) top order batsman Devdutt Padikkal. Padikkal played another impressive innings for defending champions RCB.
Tonight against Chennai Super Kings (CKS), the batsman, who scored a lot of runs in the domestic season ahead of IPL 2026, registered a half-century off 29 balls. His innings was decorated with five fours and two sixes. CSK’s Jamie Overton was rewarded for going to the fuller side of the pitch.

Devdutt Padikkal created some space and went to play a lap shot. There was probably too much space to play fancy shots and there was plenty of room for the bowler to hit the ball on his leg stump. RCB has its 3third Wicket for 151 runs in 14.1 overs. Overton got the first wicket of the match. An entertaining match is going on at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
