Ishan Kishan continued his dominance for Jharkhand in the current domestic season after being recalled to India’s T20I squad for the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2026 and the upcoming five-match T20I series against New Zealand on home soil next month.
Scored a record century while leading Jharkhand in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 match against Saurashtra at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad. This left-handed batsman staked his claim for a comeback in ODIs by scoring a century in 33 balls.
Ishan Kishan’s return to ODI is almost confirmed after his century in 33 balls in Vijay Hazare Trophy.
This was the second fastest century in List-A cricket, with Sakibul Ghani’s century in 32 balls leading the charts by an Indian player. After making a comeback in T20 on the back of consistent domestic performances, this development could now pave the way for Ishan to return to the ODI team as well.
