Player Eligibility:

Only players maintained by the franchise can be traded before the auction.

The team purchasing pays the current league fee (salary) of the player, which is cut off from their salary hats. The purse of the sales team increases with the same amount.

Salary can be re -organized with BCCI approval. Any increase between the player and the sales team is shared; The deficiency requires BCCI consent.
