India’s Asia Cup 2025 squad players are expected to be selected in the Test Squad for the upcoming home series against the West Indies. Amidst the Asia Cup 2025 tasks, Indian selectors are closely looking at the informal test series running at home between India A and Australia A.

But it seems that the Indian selectors are ready to select the team for the upcoming two-match test series against the West Indies, and will be seriously in controversy for artist selection for India in the first red ball game against Australia.

The Indian squad is set to gather in Ahmedabad by 29 September, a day after the final of the Asia Cup 2025 in Dubai. The Indo-West Indies series is going on at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on 2 October, from October 10, there will be a second and final test in Delhi.

India is likely to take a spin-loaded squad for the West Indies Test
The test series is part of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 cycle, which is important for both India and the West Indies teams. India expects the team to rely on a strong spin attack, keeping the team balanced with all -rounders and a solid batting lineup.
