The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 has been an exciting tournament to watch. After 54 matches in the tournament, the competition has finally got its two finalists. In the most important 55th match of the tournament, India will face New Zealand at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
India sealed their place in the semi-finals after a thrilling 7-run win over England at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai last night. On the other hand, New Zealand was the first team to qualify for the final after defeating South Africa by 9 wickets in the semi-finals at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
This is the fourth time that these two teams have faced each other in the T20 World Cup. Since the Kiwis have won all the last three matches against the Blue team in this competition, they have the upper hand. However, the co-hosts will look to change their fortunes and defend the trophy on Sunday, March 8.
