The International Cricket Council has announced that four places will host a total of nine warm-up matches before the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025. Warm-up matches will be played from 25 to 28 September, in which the mega event will start from 30 September.
All eight teams qualifying for the ICC Women’s World Cup 2025 will participate in warm-up fixtures. Each team is designed to play two matches, leaving defending champions, except Australia, who will play only one warm-up game before the tournament.

The ICC has confirmed that the Warm-up Games Center of Excellence Ground and M. Chinnaswamy will be at the Stadium, as well as R in Colombo. With Premdasa Stadium and Colombo Cricket Club Ground. India will also participate in the warm-up games.
