In an essential update to fans and stakeholders, Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) Recently the schedule of the tournament was amended. Initially scheduled to begin on July 31, the T20 Mahakumbh will now run from August 4 to August 28, 2026. The competition will have a separate two-stage caravan format, starting from Natham (NPR College) in Stage 1 and concluding at the iconic MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
