India national cricket team head coach Gautam Gambhir has responded to MS Dhoni’s viral and heart-touching post about him and the T20 World Cup 2026 champion on Instagram.
In his post, Dhoni returned to social media to congratulate the Indian cricket team after a long hiatus, playfully calling Gambhir “Coach Sahab” and saying, “Intensity with a smile is a great combo.”

Dhoni wrote on Instagram, “History is made in Ahmedabad. Many congratulations to the team and support staff and all the fans of the Indian cricket team around the world. It is a pleasure to watch you all play. Coach sir, your smile suits you very well; the intensity with the smile is a killer combo. Well done. Enjoy, guys (don’t write anything about Bumrah, you are the best). Champion bowler).”

After the post went viral, Gambhir himself could not stop himself from replying to the post of the former Indian captain. He commented, “And what a reason to smile; it’s so good to see you.”
