The case was registered in Ghaziabad following a complaint of a woman, who alleged that Dayal was involved in sexual abuse, emotional manipulation and abuse under the false promise of marriage.

A senior police officer told the media that an FIR has been lodged against cricketer Yash Dayal in PS Indirapuram under Section 69, for allegations of sexual abuse, physical violence, mental harassment and cheating to fulfill the false promises of marriage by a woman.
In cedar, the woman alleged that Dayal was engaged in a physical relationship with her in a long period by misleading her with marriage promises. She claimed that she introduced her to her family, who percepted her that she would eventually become her daughter -in -law. According to him, she was fully committed to the relationship, emotional and mentally.
“I was in a relationship with him for the last 5 years. He had physical relations with me under the false promise of marriage. He introduced me to his family and he treated me like his daughter -in -law. But, the truth is that he used a relationship for physical and mental exploitation only. Whenever I questioned him about his relationship with other women, I was subject to physical torture,” The FIR reported by NDTV has been asked.

Woman also accused Dayal for mental manipulation
The woman further alleged that Yash Dayal Later, he apologized for an attempt to manipulate him emotionally. He claimed that his actions mentally shattered her, eradicated her confidence and created a sense of dependence, both economically and emotionally. She also said that psychological pain brought her to the brink several times, so that she could attempt suicide on several occasions as she struggled to deal with mental anguish.
“But he later apologized to manipulating me. I was mentally broken due to this behavior. He broke my confidence and made me dependent on it-financially and mentally. I was suffering from depression for some time. It was difficult for me to lead a normal life. I tried to commit suicide because I was indirect to deal with mental torture on many opportunities.
