Rajat Patidar paid tribute to the victims

After RCB’s successful title defence, the captain Rajat Patidar Reflecting on the heartbreaking events of 2025 while speaking about the latest championship win. Patidar admitted that along with the joy of lifting another IPL trophy, there were also memories of those who lost their lives during the celebrations after the previous title win. Highlighting the emotional significance of the occasion, the Captain dedicated the achievement to the victims and their families.

“Obviously, you feel bad. You lost your fans after winning the game. Not just fans, they’re family members. I always want to dedicate this trophy to them. That’s all. I don’t have words to express that feeling.” Patidar said.

His heartfelt comments resonated with supporters, many of whom remembered the victims while celebrating the team’s on-field success.
