The Dubai Police has tightened security in the city as India and Pakistan for the Asia Cup 2025 final at Dubai International Stadium on Sunday (September 28). For the first time in 41 years, fierce rival India and Pakistan will meet at the Asia Cup summit.
Tension and controversies have already gone high throughout the continental tournament, and in the final of India vs Pakistan, fireworks have been promised both on the field and outside in Dubai. Given the drama among hardcore rivals, security is being taken very seriously in Dubai.
Dubai India vs Pakistan Asia Cup is on high alert before 2025 finals
Officials in Dubai have implemented strict security measures to ensure a safe experience for fans during the Asia Cup 2025 final on Sunday.
Fans are advised to arrive at least three hours before the match, which is scheduled to start at IST at 8 pm, as only one entry per ticket is allowed.

Fans who leave the stadium during the final of India vs Pakistan will not be allowed to return. The parking is limited to strictly designated areas, and fans should follow the instructions from Stadium Steward at all times.
The Dubai Police banned several items from the stadium, including flags, banners and crackers.
If they violate the rules then fans will have to face heavy fine and jail
In addition to those rules, if fans violate the guidelines of stadium such as entering the pitch, carrying prohibited objects, or using derogatory language, they will face mass fine ranging from INR 1.2 lakh to INR 7.24 lakhs, and Lawbreakers can face three months in jail.
Any violent behavior, throwing of objects, or racist misuse can also result in heavy fines of up to 7.24 lakhs, with special police units deployed to handle any disturbances during the Asia Cup 2025 finals in Dubai on Sunday and maintain public security.
Dubai Police issued strict rules for India vs Pakistan Asia Cup 2025 finals
According to the rules issued by the Dubai Police, fans will not be allowed to take fireworks, flares, laser pointers, or any flammable or dangerous material to the stadium. Fast objects, weapons, toxins and remote-controlled devices are strictly banned.

Large umbrellas, camera tripods, selfie sticks and professional photography equipment have been prohibited without permission for the India vs Pakistan Final in Dubai. Fans cannot bring banners, flags or signals until the organizers are approved. Pets, bicycles, skateboards, scooters and glass items are also not allowed inside the stadium.
Officials have warned that any work that is threatened to public safety, causes disorders, or promotes hatred, abuse, or racism will not be tolerated to ensure that finally safe, systematic and fully focus on cricket. India’s eyes historic first Asia Cup final win over Pakistan
On the cricket front, India has dominated against Pakistan in the ongoing Asia Cup 2025, winning both group and super forms by six and seven wickets respectively.
In particular, the Asia Cup will see the first India vs Pakistan final in 41 years. While India dominates T20I with 12 out of 15 wins, Pakistan has historically led the multinational tournament final, winning seven compared to the three of India.
