Delhi Capitals captain Axar Patel realizes that they are feeling short by a margin. Especially in the first half of the tournament, he lost many points.
“The first half of the tournament didn’t go the way I thought it would. But that’s part of the game,” the DC skipper said.
KL Rahul, who scored 593 runs in 14 matches, is happy with his individual performance but is distressed as the batsman experienced another season without IPL silverware.
He said, “I am happy with what I have achieved individually this season. Another season goes by without qualifying or giving me or my team a chance to win the championship. A bittersweet feeling.”
