Canada Super 60: format and teams
The 2025 edition features six men’s teams β Brampton Blitz, Mississauga Masters, Montreal Royal Tigers, Toronto Sixers, Vancouver Kings and White Rock Warriors β along with women’s teams Vancouver Thunderbirds and Toronto Sixers. Each game is played over 60 balls (10 overs) per side, guaranteeing constant pace and entertainment for the fans. The event runs from October 8 to October 13, featuring 19 matches, including group stage face-offs, semi-finals and a grand final on the closing day.
The round-robin format ensures each team plays multiple matches, with the top four advancing to Monday’s semi-finals and the winners meeting in the final. With games scheduled throughout the day and evening, the tournament promises non-stop action and short-format fireworks rarely seen in Canadian cricket.
