BCCI has opened the bidding process for the leading sponsorship rights of the Indian cricket team after the return of Dream11. In particular, the board issued an invitation to express interest, asked reputed companies to submit applications to get branding on the national side’s front.
The Indian Parliament recently passed the promotion and regulation of the online gaming bill, which prevents fictional sports and gambling platforms from operation. As a result, Dream 11 has decided to withdraw from its role as Team India’s leading jersey sponsor due to its main revenue loss.
BCCI invites tender to the national team’s leading sponsor rights
The Control Board for Cricket in India opened an invitation to express interest to attain the leading sponsor rights of the national team. The IEOI document will be made available to the IEOI document on the payment of non-worthy fee of GST, as well as the GST applicable.

The statement said, “The Control Board for Cricket in India (” BCCI “) National Team invites dialects from reputed institutions to get lead sponsor rights.”
“Accordingly, the BCCI National Team is issuing an invitation for the expression of interest for the lead sponsor rights (” IEOI “), providing detailed terms and conditions that control the presentation and evaluation of dialects.”
“IEOI will be made available to IEOI on the receipt of non-worthy fee of INR 5,00,000 (Indian rupees only five lakh) and any applied goods and service tax.”
Dream11 joined BCCI in 2023 on a three -year sponsored deal
In Dream11 2023, B 358 crore was included in the BCCI on a three -year deal, which became the lead jersey sponsor for all Indian cricket teams, including senior, junior, men and women side to side.
Together, My11Circle and Dream11 contributed about ₹ 1,000 crore to BCCI through the sponsor of the Indian cricket team and IPL. The branding of Dream11 was printed on the jersey for the 2025 Asia Cup, but was removed after the contract end.
IEOI will be available on payment of non-worthy fees of more than 5,00,000 GST. The last date for purchasing IEOI is 12 September 2025, and the last date for submission of dialect documents is 16 September 2025. As a result, the Indian cricket team will play in the Asia Cup without a jersey sponsor. In particular, the board has banned crypto and online money gaming firms from applying for sponsorship dialects.
Team India to kick the Asia Cup 2025 campaign on 10 September
