Pakistani pacer Haris Rauf has attracted media attention after capturing social media. The bowler made some controversial ‘plane crashed’ gestures with his hand, made fun of Indian fans and threatened the dignity of the country. The Indian management has finally issued an official statement on the same.

There has been serious criticism on social media, while fans and countrymen have expressed their displeasure with the Act. Indian fielding coach, Ryan Ten Dochet, however, said in his statement (as quoted by Hindustan Times):
“All I have to say, it is very difficult to control the behavior of the players due to the situation, which is the amount of pressure.

“I would say, looking at the situation, you can see why people are behaving and trying to portray what they are focusing on how we wanted to play. I think we were really clinging well with cricket. It would be easy to lose our mind at that point, as well as looking at the celebration.”
He said, “Some words during the game from the Pakistan bowling unit, but I felt that people were really stuck well for completing the work and winning the game,” he said.
This statement depicts an ignorant attitude towards the derogatory gesture made by the Pakistani cricketer.
