India Under-19 team is all set to face Sri Lanka in a multi-format series. During the overseas series, the players in blue will have to play three one-day and two multi-day matches against hosts Sri Lanka.
Before the Sri Lanka tour, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the team for both the formats. Yashvardhan Singh Chauhan has been appointed captain for both formats, while Lakshya Raichandani will play as his deputy in both formats.
The multi-format series will begin with one-day matches starting on July 4 and conclude through the second multi-day match on July 23. All the limited overs matches will be played in Hambantota and the two multi-day games will be played in Galle and Colombo respectively.
