It’s a shame to miss the white-ball series – Pat Cummins

Pat Cummins will miss the white-ball tour of India, including the five-match T20 series, due to injury. He expressed his disappointment at missing out on the action and said that it is difficult to miss a high-profile series, especially with the expectation of large crowds.

“It’s a shame to miss the white-ball series against India. I think the crowd is going to be huge. There’s already a lot of excitement here in Australia,” Cummins said.

“So, whenever you miss a game, it’s disappointing. But it’s always a little tough to miss a big series like this,” he said.

The last time Team India played an ODI series in Australia, it lost 1-2. Following the COVID-19 lockdown, the Men in Blue struggled in the high-scoring series, but managed to avoid a complete whitewash.
