The meeting will decide the fate of this year’s Asia Cup. However, the site of the meeting has become a matter of the city under the leadership of the program. BCCI participation in the meeting is not very likely due to the current political scenario in Bangladesh.

Recently, BCCI also postponed India’s visit to Bangladesh, which was scheduled to take place in August. However, the Indian Cricket Board did not specify any reason for its decision to postpone the series.

Recently, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president Aminul Islam said that he is expecting all ACC members including BCCI to attend the annual general meeting in Dhaka on 24 July. He separated all the recent reports and said that Dhaka is fully prepared to host the meeting.
Aminul told reporters on Monday, “Asian Cricket Council is the maternal body of cricket or governing body in Asia, and we have never hosted a major meeting of the Asian Cricket Council before.”
