According to the Indian Express report, star Indian fast bowler Arshdeep Singh and wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson will be dropped from the team and will be replaced by Kuldeep Yadav and Abhishek Sharma respectively in the playing eleven against Pakistan.

The Colombo pitch is known to favor spinners and the long boundary makes it even more difficult for the batsmen. Considering that the Indian team management wants an additional spinner to control the middle overs.
