Team India cricketers Arshandeep Singh and Ishan Kishan faced a backlash after a Snapchat interaction, in which their comments targeted team partner Sai Sudarshan. During the viral video, Singh and Kishan repeatedly made jokes about the color and facial features of good luck, including comments about their lips.
Arshdeep Singh has been included in the India’s squad for the Asia Cup 2025, which begins in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on 9 September. Singh Jasprit Bumrah and Harshit Rana will be one of the three main pamens, while Ishaan Kishan and Sai Reformson have not been selected in the 15-member squad.

During Snapchat’s conversation, Arshan Kishan welcomed Ishan Kishan by saying “Gaurav of Bihar”, but the conversation quickly turned to Sai Sudhar.

Kishan jokingly referred to Sudhar as the “King of Tamil Nadu”, while Singh commented on the presence of the camera and Sudarshan.
Both of them continued to exchange by mocking the lips and color of reforms, inspiring laughter from Kishan. However, the video criticized his commentary for racial insensitive venture.

Kishan said, “Hi friends, Tamil Nadu king Bhei Dikha (Hi friends, also shows the king of Tamil Nadu),” Kishan replied.
Arshdeep said, “The camera is a rhinoceros from the pitch.
Kishan said, “Said lips (where are the lips?),” Kishan said.
Arshdeep said, “Lips Ni Dick Rih (lips are not visible),” Arshdeep said.

Arshdeep Singh started the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy against England in 2025
Arshdeep Singh was expected to make his debut against England during the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025. Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Siraj were definite onset, and Krishna was preferred to be ahead of Arshdeep for three tests.
The left -handed pacer was also hurt before the Manchester match. He was excluded from the fourth test, but remained on the bench for the fifth and final test.
Arshdeep has played 21 first-class matches, taking 66 wickets on an average of 30.37, including two five-wickets. While he has struggled to make it in the test side, Arshdeep has strengthened his place in T20Is, where he is taking India’s leading wickets in the shortest format of the game.
Suryakumar Yadav to lead India’s name 15-Khiladi Squad for 2025 Asia Cup
India, Defending Champion, recently named its 15-Khiladi squad for the 2025 Asia Cup in UAE, in which Suryakumar Yadav was set to lead the team. The men in Blue will compete for their ninth title in the Marki tournament.
The tournament will start from 9 September, in which India will open its campaign against UAE in Dubai on 10 September. He will play his next clashes against Pakistan on 14 September respectively and Oman on 19 September. India will play their first two matches in Dubai before going to Abu Dhabi.
After the group phase, the Super 4 rounds are scheduled from 20 September to 26 September in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The final will be held in Dubai on 28 September.
