Speaking on Sky Sports, Nasir Hussain appreciated the Akash’s new ball and Ben Docket’s stump for scorching with a beauty. He said:
“Akash Deep is talking on this ball. A full beauty from the round of wickets across England. India’s new ball bowlers have again been excellent, which will be a concern for England, that Indian seamers have exceeded this pitch.
“England were 25β3 in the first innings and now there are 30β2 in the second. Joe Root has been in this position many times, can he dig again with trouble.”
Pesar Stuart Broad of the veteran England National Cricket Team was also impressed by Akash’s performance and appreciated his delivery to dismiss the route. He said:
