It is reported that Ishan Kishan suffered a toe injury during the evening training session a day before the second match of the T20 World Cup 2026. He immediately went away after feeling pain and lay down on his back under the supervision of the team doctor.

According to the latest update, Team India was preparing for the Namibia match. Kishan, who is scheduled to open the innings, was taking batting practice in the nets. Jasprit Bumrah, who was absent in India’s previous match, was facing a left-handed batsman.
It is reported that Kishan became helpless in front of Bumrah’s accurate yorker. The yorker landed straight on the batsman’s left toe. Ishan Kishan fell down immediately and Jasprit Bumrah looked in a lot of pain after being hit by the toe-crusher ball. Pain was clearly visible on his face.
