Ben Stokes wants a draw but India refuses for 5 days
The extraordinary performance of India National cricket team players Shubman Gill, KL Rahul, Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar ensured that visitors avoided defeat in the fourth Test.
The above players batted brilliantly and made India 386/4 at the end of 138 overs. With 15 overs and one hour left, English captain Ben Stokes created peace with the fact that the match would end in the draw.
Therefore, Ben Stokes called it a draw to join hands for Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar. However, the request was rejected by Ravindra Jadeja (89*) and Washington Sundar (80*) as the pair wanted to play more with hundreds in their scenic spots.
As India refused to join hands, Ben Stokes was left fierce and was seen to go to Indian all-rounders, along with other English players.
