On the fourth day of the ongoing second and final Test against West Indies at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, India finally got a big breakthrough when Mohammed Siraj sent Shai Hope to the pavilion at the right time after a brilliant century.
The crucial wicket came soon after former Indian cricketer and commentator Aakash Chopra made his prediction on air with Parthiv Patel and Anil Kumble. Chopra expected one wicket in 83.4 overs, and just one ball later Mohammed Siraj bowled for India.
Aakash Chopra’s prediction proved true as Mohammed Siraj dismissed Shai Hope for 103
In 83.5 overs, Siraj bowled a clever back-of-the-length delivery around the off stump. The ball bounced strangely and took the edge of Hope’s bat and hit his stumps. The West Indies star had to go back after scoring a brilliant 103 runs in 214 balls with the help of 12 fours and 2 sixes.

When Hope returned to the pavilion, the spectators and the West Indies dressing room stood up and gave him a standing ovation. Siraj, on the other hand, celebrated in style with the iconic ‘Siuu CR7’ celebration as he got the big wicket that India were looking for and finally got the momentum they needed.
