The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the date and venue of the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 final on Thursday, July 23.
The Oval confirmed as venue for WTC 2027 final
The global body has confirmed that The Oval in London will host the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) 2025-27 final, which will be played from June 9 to June 13, 2027. Earlier, SA20 2027 events were announced: full programme, dates and venues revealed.
This will be the second time the Oval will host the WTC final, having last hosted the title clash in 2023, where Australia defeated India to win the coveted Test mace.
England will remain the home of the WTC final as the ICC had previously awarded the hosting rights to the country for the 2027, 2029 and 2031 editions, with the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) deciding the venue for each final.
