Kohli’s resurgence boosts playoff ambitions
A major force behind RCB’s success this season has been Kohli’s exceptional form with the bat. The veteran has scored 379 runs in nine matches at an impressive average of 54.14, making him among the top run-scorers of the tournament.
Observers have pointed to a notable evolution in Kohli’s batting approach this season. Following his decision to step away from Test cricket, he appears to have adopted a more aggressive and dynamic style in T20s. His increased bat speed and intent has allowed him to reach a wider range of scoring areas, making him a more dangerous proposition for bowlers.
