South Africa look for another win as Afghanistan face must-win situations
South Africa is a strong contender for victory in the ongoing match against Afghanistan. In his first game against Canada he scored 213 runs. Aiden Markram, David Miller and Tristan Stubbs helped the team score big.
Lungi Ngidi broke Canada’s batting lineup by taking four wickets. South Africa won this match by 57 runs. They would like another win to move closer to the Super 8.
Afghanistan is under pressure after losing the first match to New Zealand. Gulbadin Naib scored a fighting half-century, but the bowlers could not defend 182 runs. They lost this game by five wickets. If Afghanistan loses again, its chances of reaching the next round will be badly affected.
