WI vs SA: West Indies got two early setbacks in a do or die match, explosive batsman out, South Africa’s grip strong.

 

New Delhi. In the Super 8 of the ICC T20 World Cup, the West Indies team entered a do-or-die match against South Africa. The England team has already made it to the semi-finals from Group 2. The Windies team, which came to bat after losing the toss against South Africa, has suffered two initial setbacks. In 6 overs of powerplay, West Indies team scored 47 runs after losing 2 wickets.

West Indies, who came to bat first against South Africa, suffered a setback in the very first over. Marco Jansen dismissed the hero of the last match, Shai Hope. Explosive batsman Nicholas Pooran was caught by Marco Jansen off the ball of Aiden Markram on the first ball of the second over.

The West Indies team has come against South Africa with the hope of a big victory. If she loses here then she will be out of the tournament. Whereas South Africa just wants victory.
