Pakistan won the Hong Kong Sixes tournament for a record sixth time in the tournament’s history, and one of their players, Muhammad Shehzad, imitated Hardik Pandya’s trademark celebration from the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 final.
If there is anything to be said for making a statement with swag and style in cricket, then Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya can steal it all. Known for his flamboyant performances on and off the field, Pandya gained another instant buzz with his sensational celebration in the T20 World Cup final, which he effortlessly repeated during India’s Champions Trophy win.
Hardik was also a part of the Indian team that won the Asia Cup 2025, however, he could not be a part of the final winning XI due to a serious injury, which kept him out of action for almost two months. He is expected to make a comeback with the South Africa white-ball tour from November 30.
Pakistani cricketer shamelessly copied Hardik Pandya’s celebration
One of the six cricketers who were part of the Pakistan team in the Hong Kong Sixes winning team created a quirky replica of Hardik Pandya’s pose from the ICC T20 World Cup and ICC Champions Trophy wins in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
The player named Mohammad Shehzad was seen holding the trophy in his hand and he reached the middle of the pitch and posed for himself along with his teammates and clicked pictures of that moment.
However, Shehzad did not contribute much, scoring only 4 runs on the only ball he faced and then taking the wicket of Kuwait’s opener Adnan Idris, who was causing havoc at the crease.
Just see how Muhammad Shahzad spreads filth H@rdik.

Pakistani fans have given Hong Kong sixes a higher rating than the T20 World Cup
After their team’s victory in the Hong Kong Sixes tournament, Pakistani fans are going crazy as they have something to celebrate. Pakistan has not even reached the knockouts of any ICC tournament in the last 3 years; His last such appearance was in the 2022 ICC T20 World Cup final.
Some Pakistani fans praised cricketer Shehzad’s act, saying that he has made good use of the celebration, whereas Hardik Pandya used it only to celebrate fixed trophies like the T20 World Cup. Making such a comment was not only audacity but also foolish.
Who is Hardik Pandya?
