According to a recent report by Dainik Jagran, the Control Board for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed the boycott of the Asia Cup 2025 final between India and Pakistan.
The report shows that the top board (BCCI) officials for cricket in India have decided not to attend the summit of the ongoing Edition of Asia Cup in Dubai.
BCCI continues its ‘invisible boycott’
India and Pakistan closed the horns for the first time in the Group Stage match of Asia Cup 2025 after Pahgam Terror Attack and Operation Sindoor on Sunday, 14 September.
The Control Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) officials did not participate in that game despite being an official host of India, and was called ‘invisible boycott’ by BCCI.

Suryakumar Yadav said that not the captain’s photoshoot?
On Saturday, September 27, several media outlets reported that Indian captain Suryakumar Yadav refused to attend the captain’s photoshoot with Salman Aga before the final.
