The ICC has approved the match referee Andy Picroft of all the allegations claimed by the Pakistan Cricket Board against him and issued a clear statement instead that the officer helped prevent embarrassment for the skippers when he asked him to avoid handshake during coin toss time.
After misconduct in India vs Pakistan match, PCB transferred the ICC with an official complaint lodged against the match referee Andy Picroft, for violating the ICC preamble for the spirit of the game.
India, however, already, had no such complaint against the match referee and dropped it out of the allegations of being selected. He also claimed that he had informed the Indian captain about the snubbing of the handshek, but his prejudice caused insult to Pakistani players and management.

ICC has officially approved Andy Picroft on any charge
The ICC has now clearly informed the Pakistan Cricket Board that it cannot remove the match referee Andy Picroft from the Asia Cup referee panel.
