Sachin Tendulkar has denied the speculation of being in the race for the position of the BCCI president with an official statement issued from SRT Sports Management Private Limited and all have urged to avoid giving credibility for such untrue publicity.
Roger turned 70 years old and after exiting the post as per the pre-determined rules set by the board, the BCCI presidential race continues for another term. BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla has been handling the cases since then.

“It has come to our attention that some reports and rumors are circulating about Sachin Tendulkar for the post of Chairman of the Control Board of Cricket in India (BCCI), or are nominated. We clearly want to tell that no such development has taken place. We urge all of us to avoid giving credibility for unfinished sankers.”
